Returns & Refunds
You've worked hard for your money so if you see something that you like but then change your mind, please feel reassured that we will return hassle-free.
I won’t cry…Much…Well, maybe when no-one’s looking.
To make a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to send back, and I'll send over the returns instructions.
I accept returns for a refund within 14 days thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. Your return should include a written or printed order reference so that I can quickly locate and speed up your return. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at the returns address, and so I recommend using a trackable delivery service. Please note that unless the item is faulty, the outwards and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other address that may be printed on the original shipping label. I regret that I cannot accept returns that have been damaged in transit on departure from your address to Mapelio.
All returns must be in their original condition with no visible or cosmetic damage to the print, frame, glass, hangers or any other component of the product.
If an item has arrived to your designated postal address damaged, please take photographs immediately on receipt of the item and send them to email@example.com, and we'll take care of the rest. Where damage has occurred in transit to your address, we'll gladly send a free replacement.

Returns Policy for Customised Products: Once you have submitted your order on the Website, it is not possible to revise or cancel your order. In the event that you wish to modify the delivery address, please contact Mapelio (email@example.com) as soon as possible. Mapelio are not obliged to make such modifications to your order, but will work hard to make any changes where we can.
Due to the nature of each custom map being personalised to your preferences, Mapelio are unable to offer refunds for any customisable product purchased via the Website (or affiliate).
Replacement of Products and credits to a Customer's account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Mapelio investigation and discretion. If a Product is missing, damaged or subject to print error, Mapelio will replace the affected Product with a like-for-like replacement.
Mapelio will review replacement of Products within 14 days of the date that an order was placed. Should you wish to raise a request fro a replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
For the avoidance of doubt, Mapelio is not responsible for events when a Customer has provided incorrect information, such as wrong shipping name or address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item has arrived to your designated postal address damaged, please take photographs immediately on receipt of the item and send them to email@example.com, and we'll take care of the rest
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customised Products or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer exchanges for customised Products.
Due to the fast turnaround of our printing team, it can be difficult to cancel an order before it reaches the manufacturing process. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch straightaway using either our chat facility or emailing our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret that orders placed between 16.00 - 09.00, and all day Saturday & Sunday, may not able to be cancelled in time. If an order cannot be cancelled before production has started, you will need to follow the returns procedure. For customised Products, please refer to the specific terms above
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Mapelio are unable to offer refunds for any customisable product purchased via the Website (or affiliate).
